2019 Cape Cod Mushrooming Adventure

I hope to duplicate this adventure on Cape Cod with my friends Steve Schnitzer and Dr. TN Chan. Under supervision of Steve’s watchful eye, we picked various mushrooms every morning for omelettes. Boletes, Chicken of the Wood (rare), were gathered and enjoyed. What a blessing to have such a natural outlet. Later in season… cranberry time. #sidphoto #mushroom #CapeCod
