This behind the scenes video is the compilation of four weeks at sea creating the food image library for the NCL "Joy". I photographed over 974 food and beverage images over 24 session days (averaging over 41 images a day with some days capturing over 72) The combined effort of over five chefs, sous-chefs, two food stylists, creative team, assistant and myself in the galley was an enormous record setting effort. We hope that you en-"Joy" the results for years to come.
